The new SNOMED CT to ICD-10-CM Cross Map is available for download by UMLS licensees. The map supports semi-automated generation of ICD-10-CM codes from SNOMED CT data for reimbursement and statistical purposes. The preview version provides mapping from 7,277 SNOMED CT concepts. NLM will provide an updated version mapping from approximately 15,000 SNOMED CT concepts in June 2012.
