On August 1, 2019, the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) will launch the new BLAST results page as the default view. In response to users' comments and feedback from usability testing and use patterns, NCBI has made several changes to the page. NCBI is also working on future releases that will add several additional features that users have suggested.
