SNOMED CT to ICD-10	This map is maintained by the IHTSDO and is available through the US Edition of SNOMED CT.
SNOMED CT to ICD-10-CM	This map is maintained by NLM and is available through the US Edition of SNOMED CT.
ICD-9-CM Diagnostic Codes to SNOMED CT Map	This map is maintained by NLM.
ICD-9-CM Procedure Codes to SNOMED CT Map	This map is maintained by NLM.
LOINC to CPT Mapping	This mapping is dated 2005 and is not currently maintained. A newer version is not available.
