This RxNorm Current Prescribable Content release is consistent with the 2013AB UMLS Metathesaurus release. For additional information about RxNorm releases, including scripts for loading the RxNorm data into Oracle and MySQL databases, read the RxNorm Technical Documentation.

Data Changes

Concepts containing SAB=MTHSPL 'NON-STANDARDIZED ALLERGENIC LABEL' drug products will no longer be included in the Current Prescribable Content subset. The April release of the subset includes 870 fewer concepts as a result of this change.
